Every project is quoted as a flat fee against a written scope. The number does not move unless you ask for something new.

  1. Understand

    One conversation and a look at what you have now, whatever shape it is in.

  2. Design

    Real layouts with your own words and photographs in them, revised until they are right.

  3. Build

    Written, tested on real phones, and hosted in your name at no monthly cost.

  4. Hand over

    The files, the accounts and plain instructions for whoever inherits the job.

Funded once, standing for years.

A builder subscription looks cheap at thirty dollars a month. Over five years that is eighteen hundred dollars for a site you never owned and could not move. A grant pays for a build once, so the build should still be standing when the grant is spent.
