Roster volunteers in a browser tab. Build the shifts, let people pick their own, send the reminder, and see who actually showed up.
Six pieces, each doing one job, tuned so that the distance between "we need eight people Saturday" and eight confirmed names is about ten minutes.
Open a link and the team exists. Nothing to download, nothing to authorise, no spreadsheet to import first.
Set the slots and the headcount. Volunteers pick their own from a phone, and a full shift closes itself.
A text the day before and an hour before. Replies come back as confirmed, running late, or cannot make it.
Tap who showed up. Hours roll into a report your board and your funder will both accept.
Check-in keeps working in a hall with no signal, then syncs when a bar comes back.
Every roster, every shift, every hour, out to a spreadsheet in one click. Your data is never stuck here.
Names, phones, the roles each person is happy to do, and the days they never can. Add someone in ten seconds from a text.
Build a week in minutes, repeat it forever. Every shift has a headcount and closes itself when it is full.
Two texts, timed. Replies land back on the shift so the coordinator sees gaps before they are gaps.
Hours by person, by program, by month. Built for the funder report you write every quarter.
A rolling wall of the team badges people make when they open their first roster. Every one of them started as one shift on a Saturday.
One click makes a team with an empty week and a private link. It exists the moment you land.
Type names or paste a list. Each person gets a text with their own link, no password to forget.
Drag out the shifts, set a headcount on each, and hit repeat if next week looks the same.
Volunteers claim shifts from their phone. Full shifts close. Gaps show in red until they do not.
Tap who came. Hours roll up. Export the month for the board on the last Friday.
Pay only when you run more than one team, need more history, or want somebody else in the coordinator seat with you.

No. Each person gets their own link by text. Tapping it opens their shifts. There is no password because there is nothing to protect that a link does not already protect.
In Canada, on servers we rent, encrypted at rest. You can export everything at any time, and deleting a team deletes it everywhere within a day.
Nothing extra on any plan. Reminder texts are included, in Canada and the United States. Elsewhere, ask us.
On Community and up, yes. Both coordinators see the same week and the same replies, and either can fill a gap.
Export and leave. Your rosters, shifts and hours come out as plain spreadsheets that open anywhere. We would rather you left cleanly than stayed stuck.
Kestrel opens in the tab you already have open. No install, no sign-up, no spreadsheet to clean first.
