$450, paid once. Every layout below is a finished website, one page long, and it is live right now, so you can read all of it before you decide. Pick one, send your words, your logo, your colours and your photos, and it goes live as yours.

The limit, before you have to ask. Not a template you fill in yourself, a finished page we build with your words and your photos, and the layout you pick is the layout you get. That is what holds the price flat. If you want a page that looks like nobody else, that is Core, and the $450 comes off.

These layouts are not client work. The businesses in them are invented and the photographs are stock, so what you are looking at is the shape of the page, not a business that exists. Yours carries your name, your photos and your colours. More layouts are added as they are finished.

Four steps to handover.

  • Pick a layout. Open the ones that suit you, read them all the way down, and tell us which one.
  • Send your content. Your words for each section, your logo, your colours, and whatever photos you have. Any slot you have no photo for is built to look finished without one, so a thin photo library never shows.
  • We build it. You get a link to read through before it goes anywhere, and one round of corrections to your own content is included.
  • It goes live. On your domain, on hosting that costs you nothing. Every file is handed to you the day it ships, and nothing switches off if you go elsewhere later.

The lines that do not move.

  • The layout is fixed. No design changes, no new sections, no second page. It is already built, and the only work left is putting your content into it.
  • It is not set up for you to edit. You send the change in an email and we make it, at $125 an hour. Most changes take less than one.
  • Upgrade any time. Move up to any tier later and the full $450 comes off that price. You do not pay for this page twice.
